Salary £26K – £28K pro rata

Benefits: Part time working hours (20 hrs per week), 25 days holiday + bank holidays (pro rata), parking on site, company pension

Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with an independent high street firm who have been providing legal services for over 50 years. They are looking to hire a Part Time Conveyancing Assistant to join their team.

Duties of the Conveyancing Assistant to include:

• Preparing and amending deeds, completion statements and legal documentation


• Drafting documentation from audio dictation


• Responding to inbound telephone queries and emails


• Preparing invoices and assisting with the billing process


• Liaising with the Fee Earner and Accounts Department


• Completing HMRC stamp duty returns


• Administration of land registry forms


• Inputting data onto land registry and lender portals

Skills and experience required:

• Experience in conveyancing


• Excellent attention to detail


• Fully conversant with software packages

Salary £26K – £28K (pro rata) plus benefits
