Lloyd Recruitment Services is delighted to be recruiting for an excellent opportunity to join a dynamic healthcare team as a Care Operations Coordinator on the outskirts of Haywards Heath.

Key responsibilities for the Care Operations Coordinator:



  • Efficiently manage new referrals and produce rosters that ensure safe and timely care for clients

  • Collaborate with doctors, social workers and other professionals to coordinate client care

  • Help recruit and retain staff by highlighting the benefits of joining the team

  • Serve as the main point of contact for both new and existing clients, as well as the Care Team

  • Address and resolve any complaints, incidents and safeguarding promptly

  • Support the care team through regular check ins, feedback and performance evaluations

  • Ensure the organisation meets Care Quality Commission and company standards

  • Participate in the on call schedule – 1 week in 3

  • Entering and updating data onto the system


Requirements for the Care Coordinator:



  • Full valid UK driving licence

  • Experience working within a similar position within the care industry

  • Level 3 Health and Social Care (Preferred)

  • Knowledge of care sector systems

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships

  • Strong organisational skills and proactive problem solver

  • Calm and reactive under pressure

  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team


Additional Information:


A full driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential due to the nature of the role
