We’re excited to announce a new intake with our client, where you’ll have the opportunity to join their fast-paced customer service team.
You'll be the friendly voice customers rely on over the phone, handling queries and delivering exceptional service. Impress in this role, and you'll have the chance to work with high-net-worth clients and manage their accounts.
About the Role:

Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main contact for customer inquiries
- Resolve issues quickly and accurately maintain records
- Handle client communications through email and web chat
- Manage and dispatch documentation as needed
- Address and resolve occasional complaints as the first point of contact
