Job Title: Logistics Support Coordinator

Location: Copthorne - must be a driver due to location

Salary: £23,000 - £24,000

Lloyd Recruitment Services are seeking a highly organised and proactive Logistics Support Coordinator to our client’s dynamic logistics and fulfilment team. This role is essential in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day warehousing operations while delivering excellent service to clients and supporting overall operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage orders through the warehouse management system, ensuring smooth flow and accurate documentation


• Maintain backend functions such as back orders, client accounts, product management, and system alerts


• Liaise with couriers for lost or damaged shipments and coordinate collections and deliveries with haulage partners


• Respond to client and third-party queries, assist with quotes and pricing for shipping, and manage central email accounts


• Oversee the ordering and receipt of necessary warehouse supplies and stationery

Skills & experience:

• Strong planning and organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively


• Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy in all administrative duties


• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to adapt your style as needed


• Competent IT skills, particularly in using warehouse management systems


• Customer-focused approach with strong service ethics


• Ability to problem-solve creatively and identify opportunities for operational improvements


• Energetic, self-motivated, and driven to achieve results
