Trainee Claims Handler

As a Trainee Claims Handler, you'll manage a select number of cases as you build your portfolio. Through hands-on training, you’ll learn the ins and outs of investigating, negotiating, and settling claims.
Hours: Monday – Friday, 9am-5pm
Salary: £21,500 + regular pay raises and bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
- Communicating effectively with customers and third parties by email and phone
- Supporting the team to ensure all claims are processed in a timely manner
- Updating and maintaining accurate records for each claim
- Collaborating with colleagues to drive team success
What We’re Looking For:
- Strong interpersonal skills with a knack for building lasting client relationships
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and a passion for personal development
- Proficiency in basic computer, literacy, and numeracy skills
- Prior office or phone experience is beneficial but not required
