Interior Sales AdvisorÂ
Location: Epsom Town CentreÂ
Salary: Up to £25,000+ (DOE) per annum + uncapped commission on all sales (genuine earning potential £28k - £32k minimum)

We’re searching for confident individuals who enjoy working with people and thrive in a niche retail environment.

Responsibilities:
- Deliver great customer service and product advice.
- Upsell and cross-sell to hit sales targets.
- Keep the store tidy and stocked.
- Stay updated on trends and work well with the team.
 Requirements:
- Sales experience, ideally in home decor or retail.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Confident in upselling and building customer relationships.
- Team player with a proactive attitude.
- Flexible for weekend and holiday work.
