Lloyd Recruitment is delighted to be partnering with a large organisation in their search for a Quality Assurance Manager.
This is an exciting, newly created position where you’ll have the opportunity to shape the company’s systems, drive operational excellence, and make the role your own.
Purpose of the Role
As Quality Assurance Manager, you will take the lead in developing and implementing quality monitoring systems, comprehensive training programs, and operational enhancements across a vast network. This role is pivotal in ensuring consistent standards, fostering sustainable training practices, and driving continuous improvement. You will work closely with key stakeholders to align operational strategies with broader business objectives, making a tangible impact on organisational success.

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee training programs for systems, machinery, and procedures, including induction and refresher courses
- Manage and support team members to deliver objectives effectively
- Develop and implement quality monitoring and assessment systems
- Collaborate with stakeholders to enhance system integrations and operational processes
- Lead the planning and delivery of training events with HR support
- Maintain communication between site teams and other departments, ensuring consistent messaging and feedback loops
- Create and manage budgets for training and quality assurance activities
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Proven experience in quality monitoring, auditing, and training delivery
- Strong leadership, project management, and decision-making skills
- Experience working with internal/external stakeholders and motivating teams
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic, evolving environment
- Direct line management of small teams
- Willingness to travel across the UK, including overnight stays and weekends
- Full UK drivers licence
Desirable Skills
Familiarity with SAP, PMS, or Gsuite systems
Knowledge operational processes across multi sites
Experience with soft services skills and general maintenance machinery
Salary £48k-£52k depending on experience
