We are seeking confident and motivated individuals to join our client’s busy customer service team in Coulsdon. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for people seeking assistance or guidance, responding swiftly to help them resolve their queries.

Key Responsibilities:

• Providing outstanding service to customers over the phone.


• Accurately updating systems and maintaining customer records.


• Building strong relationships with customers and third parties to achieve positive outcomes.


• Collaborating closely with team members to contribute to the overall success of the team.

 What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience in a call centre or customer service role.


• Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong, lasting relationships.


• A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a proactive approach to learning and self-development.


• Strong computer, literacy, and numeracy skills.
