We’re searching for confident and friendly individuals to handle inbound calls and web chats, to assist clients with enquiries about their occupational pension schemes.

Prior experience isn’t necessary – full training is provided.

What You’ll Do:

• Respond to inbound queries via phone, email, and web chat


• Make follow-up calls and return voicemails when needed


• Accurately document actions and maintain up to date records


• Deliver exceptional service while adapting to different customer situations


• Manage challenging queries or calls with professionalism and resilience


• Work efficiently to meet response times and “Right First Time” resolution target
