• Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 per annum 

Lloyd Recruitment Services is pleased to be working with a storage company in search of an Assistant Manager to join their team.

As an Assistant Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the store, working independently while guiding team members and ensuring exceptional customer service. You will drive sales, maintain store standards, and be responsible for health and safety. You’ll receive a competitive salary and opportunities for genuine career progression within the business.

Key Duties:

• Manage day-to-day store operations, ensuring efficient processes and excellent customer service


• Lead and motivate your team to meet sales targets and deliver on customer needs


• Maintain store health and safety standards, ensuring compliance with regulations


• Handle administrative tasks, including managing contracts and customer enquiries


• Ensure the store remains clean, well-organised, and inviting for customers


• Monitor store performance and implement improvements where necessary

Essential Skills:

• Proven leadership experience is a bonus, but not essential


• Strong sales skills with the ability to meet and exceed targets


• Previous experience working for storage company (desirable not essential)


• Excellent communication skills with a customer-focused mindset


• Ability to work independently while managing multiple responsibilities


• Self-motivated and reliable


• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail


• Motivated, adaptable, and eager for career growth opportunities

Other Requirements:

Must have a driver’s licence due to the location.
