Description

Lloyd Recruitment Services are working with a prestigious and exciting international events company based in East Grinstead, who are looking to hire an Administrator to join their thriving team on a temp to perm basis.


The company are undergoing significant changes in their systems and processes, and are therefore requiring additional support to manage their workflows. This is a busy and exciting role, where no two days will be the same! There is potential for this role to become permanent for the right person and progress with the company for many years ahead!

They are looking to interview immediately with a view to starting straight away.


Key Duties of the Administrator:



  • Providing a high level of administrative support to multiple business functions

  • Assisting with daily operational tasks

  • Responding to inbound enquiries via email and phone

  • Sending out financial statements and following up on invoices

  • Support the MD’s PA; managing diaries, coordinating travel and any other duties as required

  • Completing data entry tasks to a high standard of accuracy


Personal Specification:



  • Experience within a fast paced office environment

  • Savvy, can do approach and superb work ethic

  • Computer literate (Microsoft Office applications)

  • Excellent attention to detail

  • Open and positive approach to supporting teams in a variety of duties

  • Experience with accounts software or CRM systems (advantageous)

  • Passion for events sector (desirable)
