Your Role:
- Provide top-notch IT support and troubleshooting.
- Manage service tickets efficiently and professionally.
- Gain hands-on experience with Windows, Office 365, networking, and more.
You Bring:
- 1-2 years of IT support experience (MSP preferred).
- Strong communication & problem-solving skills.
- Ability to stay organised in a fast-paced environment.
- A driving license & your own car (for occasional site visits).
- Flexibility for occasional paid overtime.
