Holiday Booking Assistant – Kickstart Your Career in the Travel Industry

Lloyd Recruitment Services is partnering with a well-established travel business located in East Grinstead. They are looking for multiple Holiday Booking Assistants who are ready to begin their careers in the travel industry, gain hands-on experience, and earn a recognised qualification.

Complete a Level 2 Travel Agent Apprenticeship to further your career in the travel industry 


As a Holiday Booking Assistant, you will: 



  • Assist customers with booking their dream holidays, offering personalised recommendations based on their needs

  • Handle calls, emails, and social media enquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service at all times

  • Promote travel products and services to help clients plan memorable travel experiences

  • Ensure all bookings are accurate and processed through the company’s CRM system

  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and efficient manner

  • Work closely with a supportive team to achieve individual and team goals 


We’re looking for candidates who: 



  • No prior experience required, as full training will be provided. Bring enthusiasm and a willingness to learn

  • Confident communicators, both in person and in writing

  • Reliable, organised, and able to manage tasks efficiently

  • Have a Level 4 qualification in English and Maths (or equivalent) for the apprenticeship program 


The position is full-time, offering 35 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with shifts between 8:30am – 6:00pm. The role is based in East Grinstead, with a start date of 28th April 2025. The apprenticeship lasts for 12 months, followed by a 3-month assessment period.
