Part-time Finance Assistant
Location: Outskirts of Haywards Heath
Salary: £25,000 pro rata
Lloyd Recruitment Services is thrilled to be working with a leading healthcare provider on the outskirts of Haywards Heath, who are seeking a dedicated Finance Assistant to join their team on a part-time basis.

If you're a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional looking for flexibility, this could be the ideal role for you! As the Finance Assistant, you will be reporting to the Registered Manager and work closely with the Accountant. You’ll play a key role in managing the financial processes.
Key responsibilities of a Finance Assistant:
- Processing payments, invoices, and receipts
- Data entry into accounting software
- Managing vendor invoices and tracking bank balances
- Completing VAT returns
- Raising and reconciling customer invoices
- Handling employee expense claims and timesheet checks
- Assisting the Accountant with administrative duties, filing, and query resolution
What we’re looking for:
- AAT qualification or equivalent experience in accounting
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial records
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience with QuickBooks (desirable)
- Ability to solve problems and resolve discrepancies efficiently
Additional Info: A valid driving licence and own vehicle are essential due to the office location.
