Hannah Massie
Hannah joined the Lloyd Recruitment Services team in February 2019. Hannah provides support to the busy consultants, handling anything from telephone calls, registrations, interview screening, compliance and referencing.
Prior to joining Lloyd Recruitment Services, Hannah worked for Baldwin & Robinson as a Commercial Assistant to Partner and Director. Hannah was responsible for assisting in all aspects of commercial law including typing, file management, liaising with clients as well as other more general duties.
Outside of work...Hannah enjoys keeping active by going to dance classes in the evenings. Hannah also enjoys spending time with her family and any spare time she has decorating and doing DIY around the house.
Nicola Francis
Nicola joined Lloyd Recruitment in 2019 as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant. Having worked in the hospitality industry since leaving school, she has built up a wealth of customer service & sales skills and experience working for well know national companies. She has an excellent ability to understand a given candidates needs and then match these to the perfect job. She enjoys the variety of commercial recruitment and takes pride in furthering someone's career!
Out of work... Nicola enjoys keeping fit and enjoying quality time with family & friends. Every Friday must also be a fizz Friday!
Jenny Wilson
Jenny is the founder of Lloyd Recruitment and established the business in 1996. She is always busy developing new areas of the business and looking for new opportunities to expand the client base. With 40 years in the recruitment business, Jenny has seen trends and styles in recruiting change, but her main emphasis is on good customer service at all levels.
Out of work….. When the working day is finished she has many sporting interests and can often be found having a flutter at one of the local Horse Racing tracks
Julie Miles
Julie joined the business in 2016 having previously worked as Assistant Accountant for a West Kent based Manufacturing Company. Julie is responsible for running the Accounts Department from the Head Office in East Grinstead. Producing the weekly payroll for our temporary staff and dealing with any accounting issues.
As well as all things accountancy based, Julie liaises closely with the Directors on other administrative aspects of the business.
Out of work..... Julie likes to travel and has set herself and her husband the challenge of visiting one new country every year. When she isn't on holiday Julie likes to keep fit and socialise with her friends and family with the occasional drink here and there!
Andy Wilson
Andy initially joined Lloyd Recruitment Services as a Media & Marketing Recruitment Specialist. His extensive sales and media experience set him in good stead for the role as he previously worked for some eight years at a leading UK Publishing company.
As well as the above you will find Andy working on a variety of projects across all of the branches from IT to Marketing, keeping up with the latest recruitment trends and driving the business forward at every opportunity.
Out of work….. Andy enjoys following Arsenal FC, getting out on the tennis court and dropping off the sides of mountains on his snowboard.
Kim Williams
Kim has worked in the busy Epsom branch since 2004 and continues to develop both individual and national accounts with leading employers.
With over 25 years of recruitment experience to pull on, initially gained from within Financial Services & Insurance markets for independent agencies, she has created a number of successful working relationships covering permanent, temporary and contract opportunities in new areas including leading Retailers, Fleet/Logistics, Travel and Leisure sectors.
Key strengths include her ability to match quickly and accurately to client's needs, flexibility in changing recruitment direction to ensure expectations are exceeded as well as forming long-term relationships with candidates and clients alike. Kim genuinely enjoys the challenge of recruitment, and can offer a first-class service at all times – check out her Google reviews!
Outside of work… Kim enjoys photography, art, gardening, fishing, walking and cycling - although she is quite a way off the Tour De France level 9, we can put this down to the amount of country pubs she keeps discovering!
Pippa Scarbourgh
Pippa joined the Lloyd Recruitment Services team in July 2021, as an Administrator and Resourcer. Since then, Pippa has been promoted to a Junior Account Handler and is beginning to build her own client base.
Previous to starting Lloyd Recruitment Services, Pippa worked in the hospitality industry for 5 years. She enjoys working in customer focused positions and enjoys building relationships.
Out of work... Pippa enjoys socialising with her friends and family, as long as it includes a bottomless brunch! She is also an amateur photographer and loves to travel the world… she always has a holiday booked!
