- Description
Our client is looking for twelve individuals to join their existing customer service team, due to increased work volumes.
The Individuals:
- Must be available to start on the 30th September 2024
- Must live within commutable distance of Battersea Park
- Must have previous customer service experience
- An interest in banking, cash, b2b operations an advantage
- Confident communicators both verbal and written
- Self-motivated and driven to hit required daily targets
- Strong work ethic and a team player
The Role:
- Responding to incoming calls and email requests from clients, assisting with additional collections / deliveries and cancellations
- Updating internal systems
- Escalating complaints to relevant departments
Interviews are taking place a.s.a.p. with an onsite assessment on the 20th September 2024.
